Very polite, hands on, explained what they were going to do. Overall awesome people and the price is very reasonable.
Terrible customer service! Unprofessional, unresponsive, unreliable, Missed appointments with no notice, false promises and no call backs. Do not stand behind their work. Stay away!!
Mr. Ace Mechanical did a great job helping with my AC system. The service was fast, professional, and very helpful. I really appreciate the quality of work and highly recommend them to anyone needing AC service!
My appointment was scheduled through my home warranty company so I coukd not chose who I got. My window of service was from 1-5. I called around 2 and was told they would be closer to the end of the window. It is now 6:40 pm and no one has called or showed and they are not answering their phone. My self and my dogs are in the home with no AC and the house is 92 degrees. I would have application if they weren't going to make it today they at least ad8vsed my home warranty company so the they could find me someone else yo get ... read more
