Had Manny come out for a repair estimate. Great guy, charismatic and personable (rare for a field service tech). Ended up needing a new A/C unit (4-tonne). Had 5 companies come out and price, bid and pitch. Mr. A/C won - not becuase of cost alone, but the total package. They were price competitive, but not the cheapest because their equipment is higher end. Hector was helpful to deal with. Install a few days later, clean up and polite crew. Highly recommend. The tech was timely, very friendly, very respectful. He was knowledgeable & immediately diagnosed the problem. He was fast & efficient. Reasonable price & no push for additional service. I would highly recommend Mr A/C of Orlando.

Had told her she needed a new AC. So I i told them not to do any thing and to call Mr ac of Orlando for an estimate, Ricardo went to her house, replace a piece and charge $80.
