Quick service straight to the point and no nonsense. The man working there polite and quick to cut to the problem. Will be returning for more alterations when I need them
Do not come here omg Tommy is rude as hell! I asked him to tailor jeans from wide leg to slim leg. First he misunderstood me and put the pins in the jean to look like they would still be flared. I asked if he could pull the jeans from the back while I was standing up to get an idea of what the jeans would look like. He got mad, pulled the pins out the jeans and said find somewhere else. Crazy. Literally was only inside maybe 5 minutes. I'm legit still in shock. Terrible experience
Reina and Lan are amazing. Seriously. I’ve been here a few times for jackets, sweaters, dress shirts, tank tops, etc. They’re pros. Price is affordable. Time is dependent on the complexity of the work that needs to be done. I’ve also spoken to the owner on the phone who was kind and professional as well. Thank you.
I have used this place to get alterations done in the past. It didn't occur to me that I was getting ripped off. The alterations themselves were ok. Out of 6 shirts, 3 came out to fit very nicely, while the other 3 were taken in a bit too much (more so than what they looked like when I was pinned up) and I had to throw them out.
