Max and Nelson are great, they are perfectionist. I’ve been working with them for 4 years and no complaints. Highly recommend for media and computers.
Had to have my keyboard replaced which they did within a week - even with the OEM part coming from CA. Once returned, not only was the keyboard working like new, but the overall operation of the laptop seems improved - enough of a performance bump that I wrote Brian (tech contact) to mention the fact. He informs me their company does a generic tune-up which is included in the repair price. Under promised and over delivered.
