MPS does an excellent job maintaining our condo at Rouge Valley West. The common areas are always well maintained and the building and its surrounding landscaping are always kept in top shape. Thank you to the MPS team that maintains the Rouge Valley West area for always doing an amazing job!
In July, 2024, I hired MPS Property Services for my landscaping needs. This exercise involved both front and backyard resodding, supplying and installing plant material and also a new interlocking patio. I’m very pleased about the work done by MPS. Matt was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. His communication skills, knowledge and vision created a wonderful idea for my backyard. His follow through was efficient and respectful. I hired MPS to help me renovate my backyard, front lawn and build a beautiful new deck. I have absolutely have no complaints with their work and professionalism. They have gone above and beyond what I initially wanted. Everything went smoothly, unfortunately I had neighbour that wanted to take advantage of them and of me by asking for new sod to his lawn because of over spilling of materials. MPS Property Service is a cheating ignorance company who damaged my lawn. They had a projact in my neighbour's house and unloaded the sand screen on street and my lawn. I've asked them to renove the sand screen and they were cheating cover and concealed it by dirt. One time cheater is all time cheater. You should be very careful to bussiness with this type of people and management. I don't recommend them at all. You can see the sign of sand screen on street and damaged lawn on the attached photo.
