I am anything but impressed with this business. We brought an item in from our store with a stain on it. We explained that a customer had purchased it and we needed to return it to her quickly. We were told that it could take up to a week depending on how many techniques it took to remove the stain. They took well over two weeks, didn’t get the stain out and didn’t say a word about not being able to remove it. After charging us $8 for a child’s cotton dress we realized the stain was the same. I do apologize that the stain wasn’t removed. If the tag was on the clothing, it had to be removed to be put into the machine. I’m sorry they didn’t note that it didn’t come out. I’d be happy to refund your money. Sorry again, it didn’t come out. The stain lightened up tremendously. I did have them flag it, to say it didn’t come out. I was told you were picking it up Friday so once I tried it then I sent it to you. Sounds like poor communication on our end. So sorry to hear that
