As always, I had a wonderful experience. I've had the pleasure of receiving pedicures from several technicians here, and every experience has been excellent. On this visit, my pedicure which was done by Sheena was no exception. The service was outstanding, the salon is always warm and welcoming, everyone is so friendly. We shared great conversations and lots of laughs. The positive atmosphere makes every visit enjoyable.

Didn’t get my nails done so I won’t speak on the quality of the nails. But as a potential new customer, I did not feel welcomed.

I booked a 2:30pm appointment with Aaliyah and I got there around 2pm. I don’t like to be late. I waited until 2:45pm then my vision had to ask how much longer with it take. We were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes. Aaliyah agreed to a 1:30 app in the beginning of the week then texted me to change the time. We sat and waited and not one person greeted us or came to say I’ll be work you in a minute. I ended up leaving because I’m fighting stage 4 cancer and physically couldn’t wait any liver. I went here and utilized the services of Brittney. She was incredibly rude, off putting and had horrible customer service. She gave me attitude for simply asking about another type of manicure. I couldn’t believe how nasty she was! I don’t understand how someone can be in a person facing position and have such a horrible disposition and demeanor. She is not nice or people friendly.
