TPGM (former MPR): very little effort into fixing anything in a timely manner (one washer in the multi-unit budling broken for weeks), no communication, never calling back about reported problems, never get to talk to real person in the office (voicemail only), everything fixed the cheapest way possible (leaky roof leaking every year), rats in the building (reported several times, no call back ever). Why don't you respond to messages and calls?
I’ve been renting from TPGM FOR 3 years and I have family who also rents from them because of me telling my family “great” they are and this is how I get treated for having a dog for my disabled son. Such a shame, very very unfortunate and unacceptable behavior. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Almost November and no heat the hallway is like a refrigerator and the temperature last night was in the 40s I called the management company and the maintenance man no response I am going to call 311 Monday it's a thousand dollar fine for each day the heat is off going to break lease no heat on building and there is many seniors that reside here they can raise the rent but no heat..
They have nice apartments in some nice areas. They give good heat and hot water. When it comes to fixing something you have to call at least 3 times. They'll take about a month to fix something and come without calling in advance to there convenience.
