The manager of this infusion center was always blunt and rude; but that was hardly the worst of it. I was receiving Entyvio infusions for my Crohn’s disease. Out of nowhere, this infusion center said the insurance program I was on would no longer be paying for my treatments. After an appointment with my gastroenterologist, who said the payments for Entyvio should have never stopped, also informed me that renewal paperwork that should have been sent to my GI from the infusion center, was never sent.
