The best landlord I have ever had. If something was broken he replaced and fixed it that day. This is an affordable apartment for all college and non college students. I enjoy living here.
Mr. Phil is my boss and landlord and I enjoy working and renting from him. Very affordable and never had any problems with the apartment!
The landlord is an unprofessional piece of shit. Dont rent here !!!
