A second appointment with Dr. Lozano, we were on time after having three different appointment confirmations with three different times. All within two days. They took our money, checked us in, and then 25 minutes later, proceeded to tell us that, since we were late, we would have to reschedule. The doctor lacked basic listening skills, and they can’t perform basic lab services in the office. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes after my appointment at the lab because the doctor didn’t specify the test on the order sent over. I waited 6 months for a new patient appointment so it was a very disappointing experience. Two stars because the new patient forms are online and convenient and because the nurse was very respectful of my time and had good interpersonal skills.
