We’ve owned a house for the past 25 years so we’re new to how all of this works with renting and maintenance requests, etc. MPK Properties was phenomenal with getting us set up and in our property quickly when my husband’s job offer happened quicker than we had anticipated. They were always kind and professional and took the time to go over everything and address any concerns we had about our lease. Sarah and Josh are the best. Any time there is a small problem Sarah gets on it rite away. By far the best property management group I've ever delt with. When its time for me to start buying a home MPK will definitely get my business. I highly recommend MPK Property Management. You wont be sorry you did.
Do not rent from these guys.Horrible horrible people.They will try to take every dime from you .They possibly, could, they will try to go back on their word. They automatically will send a cleaner out No matter how good you clean, they will give you a dirty apartment. Their houses are all falling apart.Their roofs leak, their electricity, goes out.All the time, water's always cold.Because their water heater doesn't work properly.This place is trash.The rentals are trash do not rent from them.
