Do not rent from these guys.Horrible horrible people.They will try to take every dime from you .They possibly, could, they will try to go back on their word. They automatically will send a cleaner out No matter how good you clean, they will give you a dirty apartment. Their houses are all falling apart.Their roofs leak, their electricity, goes out.All the time, water's always cold.Because their water heater doesn't work properly.This place is trash.The rentals are trash do not rent from them. Sarah is very thorough when reviewing lease terms, and paperwork. She allows room for questions, and is more than happy to clarify any questions you may have. We moved into our property and have had a couple of general things occurring, but Sarah is extremely prompt with responding and taking care of any issues! Sarah has been extremely patient, kind, helpful and very informative. Also always replies almost immediately when I have questions or concerns. They have given me a chance when no one else would . It’s been a blessing running across MPK properties. I look forward to the year ahead with them.
