Sarah is very thorough when reviewing lease terms, and paperwork. She allows room for questions, and is more than happy to clarify any questions you may have. We moved into our property and have had a couple of general things occurring, but Sarah is extremely prompt with responding and taking care of any issues! Sarah has been extremely patient, kind, helpful and very informative. Also always replies almost immediately when I have questions or concerns. They have given me a chance when no one else would . It’s been a blessing running across MPK properties. I look forward to the year ahead with them.
