They are terrific, they manage multiple properties of mine and are very much on top of everything
Sarah and Josh are the best. Any time there is a small problem Sarah gets on it rite away. By far the best property management group I've ever delt with. When its time for me to start buying a home MPK will definitely get my business. I highly recommend MPK Property Management. You wont be sorry you did.
Do not rent from these guys.Horrible horrible people.They will try to take every dime from you .They possibly, could, they will try to go back on their word. They automatically will send a cleaner out No matter how good you clean, they will give you a dirty apartment. Their houses are all falling apart.Their roofs leak, their electricity, goes out.All the time, water's always cold.Because their water heater doesn't work properly.This place is trash.The rentals are trash do not rent from them. MPK has been very easy to work with. After a couple of months we added all of our properties for them to manage.
