My name is Bob and live in the 4330 Neva building. Recently, I had a total knee replacement and 2 days removed from surgery and rehabbing at home, the elevator went out in the afternoon. I texted Charlie, Director of the management company, explained the elevator outage and my situation and he had the repairmen on the job in hours.
