My name is Bob and live in the 4330 Neva building. Recently, I had a total knee replacement and 2 days removed from surgery and rehabbing at home, the elevator went out in the afternoon. I texted Charlie, Director of the management company, explained the elevator outage and my situation and he had the repairmen on the job in hours. Have lived in Deer Run I for 16 years . We have had several mgmt companies. Since 2020 Mperial has managed our property. I have had 4 issues since January that Mperial has responded quickly, friendly, and professionally to and resolved to my satisfaction. Highly recommend this company.
