Absolutely stellar experience. From the minute, we walked in to the doctor coming into the exam room, it was probably about 5 to 7 minutes. I’ve never experienced that before in any dr office. The office is bright and airy and the staff was so friendly. It just seemed like everybody likes working there and it really made a big difference for my son. He felt comfortable and welcomed. I recommend any parent searching for compassionate, child-friendly care from an experienced physician, such as Dr. Haupert, to plan a visit to Michigan Pediatric ENT. I was referred by my child’s pediatrician due to frequent ear infections and need for further evaluation. Since the initial visit, my son received the adenoidectomy and myringotomy with tubes that he needed. I’ve noticed continuous improvement in my baby ever since and I’m so grateful. Thank you Dr. Haupert!
