Amy at ext 223 was super helpful! I've called in twice and luckily ended up with her both times- she is super helpful and truly cares about finding the right answer to your questions! This company is very dishonest and you cannot trust them. They do not follow through with what they say, are very rude, and simply cannot be trusted. There are plenty of other solutions out there other than MPELL. Don't make the same mistake I did dealing with them. Sylvia is very rude, condescending, and constantly interrupts you. It is clear she doesn't care about customer service. Only after mentioning my legal background did she slightly change her attitude.
