Will not use this company again had a service call scheduled during the bad winter weather, I got a call from the technician telling me he would be there in 30 minutes, the time frame was right he came driving down the street turned around and left? Never stopped, tried to call him of course no answer than I get a call from the office saying he will no make it the roads were to bad, I told her he just drove past the house and left so it had nothing to do with the roads, she said someone else would come out in two days. Had appointment on Thursday . Husband waited all morning, and finally called and he was told that the tech would call soon. 3 phone calls later and another hour and a half - he finally got a call. (He did brag on Brandon the tech-said he was very knowledgeable). He was told that they had to order the part and that they would be back today (Friday) to fix it.
