I just have to say I have never felt so pleased to find this company , I called and googled over 20 plus companies and Thank GOD I found this one , I inquired for an inspection at 8 in the morning and by noon Glenn ( who is a saint ) came and is the nicest person , did not try and sell me anything I did not need, explained ALL my questions and listened to all my concerns , If and when I need or anyone I know needs pest control service will using this company , I am sorry did not get the lady who scheduled the appointment but... read more
Update: still bug free!!! After the first unprofessional co I hired, I never thought I’d be rid of them! And then I found McDonald’s! I can actually sleep w/the TV off! God bless you all!I finally have peace of mind again!!! I needed McDonald’s service again, due to no fault of their’s! And they did not disappoint! I have not seen a bug in a few months, my nightmares have finally stopped, and I am so very grateful! Not only are their skills top notch, their office staff are extremely kind and compassionate, and professional,... read more
