Knowledgeable and high quality shop. Communication is great, and they are very accommodating. Best place to bring a german brand vehicle. Obviously this good of a shop does not come cheap, but you get what you pay for and it’s well worth it.
Besides all the staff being kind, they are very knowledgeable at what they do. Love the diagnostics of my car, letting me know what I may want to fix, prioritize to fix, or absolutely should fix. Every service I’ve had here I have never had to come back for a re-look. They have my trust!
MPC does excellent work on my Porsche and I trust them to do all of my scheduled maintenance work and repairs. They use all OEM parts and are super easy to work with. They provide clear and open communication and always provide updates while work is being done and follow up consistently after work has been done to ensure your satisfaction. They are a great independent shop, passionate about cars and really care about their customers.
I am pretty particular about having work done on our cars, so after poor experiences with the dealer and a different Northbrook European/specialty shop, I started bringing my car to the Chicago MPC location in the city. After a recent move, I just had my first routine maintenance done at the Northbrook MPC location and it went very well. Mark was great at communicating along the way and the car was taken care of. I purchased a 2006 mini cooper and was not able to find a garage confident or knowledgeable enough to work on it. They saved me thousands of dollars from having from making a repaid I did not need. I would give them ten stars if I could!
