Fantastic customer service. Timely updates, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation after I brought in a high mileage Boxster with questionable service history for an oil leak inspection. I always felt my requests were noted and addressed, and they also partnered with me on adjusting a more aggressive alignment spec. I primarily service my own vehicles at home, but in working with Taylor and Jimmy, MPC has earned my trust.
Drove 30 miles for them to fix my AC. Had for a whole week waiting on parts then decided to not fix it even after I said yes. Had to take it to Tesla to pay more for the same repair. Waste of my time and money! 1 star for Taylor in the office. Loaner window regulator failed on me but 1 extra star for the asian guy who came out to swap loaners and come in on a Saturday with his kid for me to pick up my car
Had an M Performance Exhaust installed at Midwest Performance Cars in Northbrook. Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was professional, the installation was precise, and everything was done with great attention to detail. The exhaust sounds incredible, deeper and more refined, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks team!
Incredible customer service and flexibility. Inspections are thorough and they keep you well informed on your cars' current condition. Honest assessments too. They are so great, they even warmed up my car for me in the cold before I arrived. Highly would recommend for normal maintenance items and or modifications!
