Excellent customer service. Loved being greeted by the dog. Lots of choices of wood.
Have what you want to do the job.
We called in advance and asked if the products were in stock. They assured us they were. We drove an hour and they said they actually only had some of what we asked for. They told us we had to go to the Lansing store for the rest and would have plenty of time to get there before it closed. Then they took 40 minutes to ring us up for the partial order so we couldn’t make it in time to the Lansing store. Terrible service all around. Do not go here.
