What an UNPROFESSIONAL practice. How are you stealing from your patients as well as not returning calls? They state that you’ll get a call back but they won’t call you back. Bravo!
I have been having an issue with my son's billing. I have left several messages for the "coordinator" to call me back..to no avail! Even my insurance company hasn't been able to get a call-back to get the billing corrected. I'm almost at my breaking point with you people!
