The work done was first rate. Cant say the same for communication between estimator, office staff and customer. I think theyre used to dealing with insurance companies, not individuals who own homes outright. Final total was higher than what was quoted. We had an issue with this. May not be how the world works now but we expected it to be. Wasnt a big job but took six months to complete. Yet another issue. That being said, we would not recommend their company.

Mpact Roofing was wonderful. They helped us out so much with our insurance. Our first adjuster did not pay for anything. After Mark & Kevin inspected, they found a lot of damage from hail to my roof, gutters, screens and other stuff that I did not even know was damaged after the storm. They sent in their detailed report & pictures to my insurance company that triggered another adjuster to come out and meet with them.
