While I did not use their limo services, I wanted to do a review solely based on my interaction with this company. Vick at MPA Sedan Service provided exceptional customer service by being very responsive and displaying a clear desire to meet needs. Their Hummer limo was under maintenance, but Vick went and sought sister companies just to help us out and kept me in the know through every step. While we didn’t go forward with their company, their staff seem to have it all together. Thank you again, Vick!
Highly recommend MPA Sedan Service if you need an amazing car service company! I recently had a travel day where my plans were heavily disrupted due to crazy weather and MPA really saved the day and helped get me to my final destination. HUGE shoutout to my driver, Sonny, who was absolutely amazing! He picked me up at 7:30PM and drove for almost 7 hours, but got me there as quickly and safely as possible. Great for airport drop off and pickup service. I emailed MPA limo and they got back to me by the next day about booking a ride. Showed up on time and got me to the airport. When flew back, they were waiting for me, even though my flight was slightly delayed. Good service, and I will book again.
