Matthew was terrific. He's not only the owner, but actually does the work. You don't see many owners who also do the labour - it's refreshing. I liked that his quote included unlimited vents and the dryer vent - he doesn't nickel and dime you for each vent and other areas - it's one fair flat rate. He did an extremely thorough job cleaning all the vents and the furnace in our house, spending over 2 hours on the job.
