They never put my past review so let’s give it another try. My baby had an appointment with the medical assistant for his second flu shot only to be told once I got there that “the medical assistant was not there and that she was going to arrive after 10. Also, there was no guarantee we we’re going to be seen even if I came back because they are short-staffed”. The office could have called me to make me aware of all this but they did not. Dr. Perez is awesome! She takes care of our three children, and when we have our visits she is always available, thorough, knowledgeable and polite.
