I’ve came here a couple times and usually have a good experience but this time was not. First they lied to me and said they didn’t have regular polish because they were trying to force me to get gel on my toes. I only wanted white tip and told the lady more than one time. She ignored me and did what she wanted! I had to notify another tech just for her to correct the polish. Ontop of that they were laughing at me cause imma preference isn’t gel! I don’t get the gel polish because it doesn’t last long.
I experience here was horrible , I got my nails done and my polish is already chipping and coming off. The service there is not friendly they don’t try to meet your needs instead they brush you off and act like they don’t care . I would definitely not recommend going here
I was in town for the holidays and decided to take a chance and try MP for a fill, I think the skill level is definitely better than any nail salon I’ve been to in Dyersburg but they could work on a few things. My nail tech (never got his name, an introduction, hi how are you) said maybe two words to me the entire time and seemed like he was in a big hurry which led to him yanking my hands occasionally instead of just asking for my hand or communicating what he needed me to do. I had a very poor experience at this salon. I paid $125 for a pedicure and a full set, and my French tip started changing colors in less than a week. I had to go back twice to get it fixed, and they still charged me each time even though the color change wasn’t my fault im assuming what they used was old I tried to explain but they wouldn’t not listen to me and act like they didn’t care . I’m extremely disappointed and will never be back. Below I added a pic of before and after
