I had the fortunate luck of meeting Mary Pat of MP Munding Realty just as I found a posted new listing I really wanted to check out. She was able to get us a viewing before the first open house, where there was immediately an offer on the table. She and I had to work fast to finalize a lender pre-approval and submit our own offer, to eventual success. I credit Mary Pat's ability to get challenging things done, and her local contacts, to the smooth process even when facing a 20 day close. I highly recommend her.

It was such a pleasure to work with Munding Realty. I relocated and MP made me feel comfortable with my choice. When I arrived after a cross country trip she was waiting for me and welcomed me to my new home. I was in a furnished apartment. If anything went wrong, which was rare, it was quickly fixed.
