The menu looks amazing so we wanted to give it a try. It’s hidden in a shopping center in Carrollton. It’s small inside and HOT! We ordered the salt squid it was ok soggy not crispy , the hu tieu was lacking flavor , the crab banh canh was ok nothing fancy . It’s on the sweeter side , they don’t carry hoisin sauce either . The beef flat noodles with gravy was the Best dish.. The canh Chu was also on the sweeter side. The service was great.
Very small restaurant but great traditional home cooked viet food! Get the Canh Cua Ca and the braised pork dishes together!
