Haven't worked with this company but was spammed 6 times in a row LATE last night by their long automated recording promising to buy my property at 95% of the value. Eventually had to block the number so the calls / VMs would stop. I have nothing for sale ...guessing they took my number from an old rental listing on Hot Pads. This type of marketing is usually predatory. It fishes for the elderly and desperate and then takes advantage.
I don’t know how they got my work cell but they continue to call from all different numbers so you can’t block them. The vm is always a 404 number but then the recorded msg is a 678 number to this company. Clearly if I don’t return your call I’m not interested in selling my home. 5 calls in less than 24 hours is harassment!!
