Don’t waste your time with them. Totally useless people. Charged $75 and it has been 4 months. Never showed up. Fraud people. I am filing a case on them as my stove is dangerous to use.
Technician came and fixed my microwave problem under 10 minutes GREATT !!!!!
I have to say I am overly dissatisfied with this company. My warranty company is the one that hired them and I am stuck with them until job is completed, whenever that is. They initially came out on October 3!!! Repair has yet to be done, told my husband that they would order the part to fix our dishwasher and we never heard back from them. I have sent multiple follow ups to the warranty company the company always says they will contact us the following day. That never happens.
