Drivers don't clean their trailers properly and would rather talk on the phone or text than pay attention to the road. If one of these uncleaned trailers happens to break one of your windows they will magically find themselves 'not at fault'. Terrible business practice, no telling how many people they have made pay out of pocket for their negligence.
I have only been here twice in four years. But the owner always seems to come out and say hi and knows who I am with. Kudos on the customer service.
