Currently in the process of fixing a cracked tooth, Alex (dentist) is super lovely, made me feel at ease and explains everything well. Very kind and checking in throughout the appointment. Reception and dental assistance are all lovely as well! Very happy with so far and certainly bring my family here
Recently had an appointment with Dr Alex Qui, I’m a very nervous patient naturally and I had an amazing experience. Couldn’t recommend him or this practice enough. It started with a reassuring call from Madonna, she saw my note mentioning my anxiety around dental visits and called me to give reassurance to help ease my nerves. Dr Pooja Rai and Francesca were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They explained everything clearly, reassured me throughout the procedure, and regularly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend!
Amazing experience given how nervous my 12 year old daughter was today having 4 molars extracted prior to her braces being fitted. The dentist was very nice and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else
