Absolutely incredible experience! As someone who’s always had a deep fear of the dentist, I was genuinely amazed at how comforting, kind, and gentle the entire visit was. From the warm and welcoming desk staff to the incredibly supportive dental nurses, everyone went out of their way to make me feel at ease. The care and compassion shown by the whole team truly made all the difference.
I had such a fantastic experience at MP Dental! Dr Vishal, Dr Ajay, and Merryn are all outstanding — warm, professional, and they instantly put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, Madonna’s friendly welcome set the tone for a genuinely positive visit. Everything was explained clearly, and the care I received was exceptional from start to finish. I’m so glad to have found a dental clinic I can truly trust. Highly recommend!
Very Disappointed! Over the phone lady told me that there will be no gap as they are NIB preferred provider. I offered her my nib before my appointment she said no she will claim later and after my clean she asked me to pay $121 gap fee as NIB paid them 182.30 only. I have had a chat with NIB they advised normally their preferred dentist don’t charge gap fee and they offered low rate as compared to others.
