Fire Mr. Kim because he doesn't know how to drive. He was 5 hours late picking me up, the wheelchair had flat tires, he never buckled the wheelchair down to the floor, he never closed either side door and took off with them open, he went the wrong way down 3 one way streets, he dropped my clothes and belongings on the floor 3Xs. The license plate number is not registered to MP Care. I don't think Mr. Kim is a legal driver. He's dangerous. The equipment was broken. If you're looking for a company that's empathetic to your needs this is definitely NOT the right company. The lady Gerri never let's anyone speak with the REAL BOSS!!!! Her exact words to me were "my job is to get you from point a to point b in the most efficient way for my company not to worry about your children." And all because I requested to get back home in a timely manner in order to get my 2 small children ready for school. She wanted me to go all the way to Passaic first every day because it was "efficient" for her ... read more
