I had The Misfortune of meeting a Hispanic gentleman for Mozingo Construction, and his sole job was to tell people to not drive down a perfectly good stretch of road that they weren't working on. I tried to talk to him and he ignored me. He made me drive around a giant Loop for no good reason as he sat there on his phone. He was doing absolutely nothing.
