I booked an appointment for both me and my cousin. I usually don't write reviews but after reading all the reviews and seeing all the one star comments that were left, without hesitation decided to cancel all three of my appointments.. reading the reviews and seeing how narcissistic the replies back were from the owners I knew that this place was not the place for me. This nail spa is truly appalling—rude, greedy, blatantly discriminatory and racist. The staff openly swear at customers and demand tips, falsely claiming it’s mandated by law, even when they provide no service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even as a last resort.
