This is a family business that makes you feel like family mark and his family are truly good people that know what they are doing. business with them will not be a disappointment. You will feel like you have made new friends. God bless them and thank you for all the help over the years
These people basically stole $300 some dollars from us. We ordered a wheel for our Harley and they took payment right away. It's been 2 years and we don't have the wheel nor will they respond to emails for phone calls. In the beginning the were good about communicating to us about back orders etc. But now it's complete ghost. It's really sad that people run a business this way. Customer service is phenomenal!!! They were attentive to my needs, very prompt with responses, and I was able to get my fitment issue taken care of timely & effectively. I've never had a better experience with online ordering then what I experienced with Mozaic. Thank you
