I had the best experience with both the office and medical team at Mozaic. They were absolutely perfect.
Heidi has some of the worst office staff I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to experience. From start to finish I never saw the surgeon except on pre op and the day of surgery. From the moment I was post operative I’ve literally had a nightmare experience with office staff that essentially do not want to deal with you and are impatient when they do see you. Amazing staff and process. Sharon was a huge help the entire way with insurance preauth and Dr. Wittenberg and her team were super available before and afterward to field all my anxiety questions. Amazing results too. Highly recommend.
