Mozaic Care is sooo wonderful. Dr. Bonnington and Grace made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions and put me at ease for a procedure I was nervous for. The aftercare was exceptional and I was able to contact a member of the team/ nurse 24/7 if I needed anything. Everybody I met at Mozaic was very inclusive and welcoming and I am so glad that I chose to get my procedure done here. My wife got surgery here recently. I'm going to be a bit vague to hide medical details, but the gist is that MoZaic is terrible at communication and extremely difficult to work with as soon as the actual surgery is finished. The in-office experience was mostly okay, but communication outside of these in-person visits was awful. The aftercare instructions they gave us contained a section listing problems to look out for afterwards. She unfortunately experienced a couple of these.
