My wife got surgery here recently. I'm going to be a bit vague to hide medical details, but the gist is that MoZaic is terrible at communication and extremely difficult to work with as soon as the actual surgery is finished. The in-office experience was mostly okay, but communication outside of these in-person visits was awful. Heidi has some of the worst office staff I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to experience. From start to finish I never saw the surgeon except on pre op and the day of surgery. From the moment I was post operative I’ve literally had a nightmare experience with office staff that essentially do not want to deal with you and are impatient when they do see you.
