I had a good experience today. Sorry my Singer sewing machine croaked but I got my money's worth out of it. Purchased 46 years ago. Purchased a new, basic sewing machine.... Great warranty and free maintenance for a year. Thank you, WD, for your time, assistance and consult today.
I took my PFAFF Ambition here for servicing and a cleaning. I was worried I would have to send it to a PFAFF dealer to be fixed. When I got it back and started quilting on it, it was like new! The gentleman was very nice and very knowledgeable of the machines. Best part: One-day turn around!!! Great place!!
I have driven past Moye's many times when I visit Savannah. I have always wanted to stop but just never took the time. Last week, a friend and I took the time to stop, ask some questions, and pick up some supplies. We were very impressed! All of our questions were answered in a very friendly manner, without any pressure to buy or being made to feel intimidated. W.D. took his time and made us feel welcome.
