Good service Good attitude
Awesome Dealership! Service department did a Great job installing a new battery. No appointment was in and out in 30 minutes! Pricing was very competitive with DIY auto parts store pricing. Most importantly they registered the new battery to the car’s computer. None of the local Auto Parts Stores had the means to do that! Highly Recommend Moyer Ford!
Tryed to take my 2018 f 150 there to have them look at it for the transmission shifting hard The had it three day and never look at it They said drop it off and will call They nrver did so i called 4 times and no he hasn't looked at it. I told them from the start that i was leaving to go back to Michigan. Yes i am a snowbird. Here 4 months. I heard bad things about them but took it in anyway Never again.
Great service, wonderful communication. Moyer will pick up and drop vehicle back to Gulf Shores! It saved us a whole day of not having to drive our truck in, wait for service and drive back.
