I am absolutely blown away at the level of customer service this team provided. My husband recently had his ring fall off and it got lost in the ocean before our 5th anniversary. Beth and Joe were both awesome to work with. I have a Breitling Chronomat from the early 2000s that my dad gave me. It had a gold cap break on the bracelet. I went to 4 jewlers looking for repair options. Every single jeweler except for Moyer said it could not be repaired and would require a new 3,500 bracelet. Joe took one look at it and said it could be fixed. He charged me 85 dollars and it was ready in under four days. When I got it back I couldn't even find the spot that was repaired.
