I originally reached out to this business awhile ago and was assigned to Derek in regards to purchasing two Zenith watches, I paid a deposit. Prior to shipping these items, I changed my mind and canceled the purchase. Of course, as a customer, I had the option to change my mind and in fact, a little easier on a business canceling an order prior to shipment. Mandy was amazing! I now live out of state and called to order my third tacori ring. She sent me text videos quickly of Diamond options. She was not pushy and more than willing to jump thru a hoop to answer my questions. From start to finish on the phone from picking Diamond to confirming ring size and the actually ring along with payment was less than a hour. CALL MANDY OR GO SEE HER!!!!
