Loved our stay. The service desk was super friendly and the room was very comfortable. Location was also a short 20 minute walk to all the downtown sights we wanted to check out.
Great room for solo trip into city to see concerts at MSG. Location was ideal for sites, food, events. Shout-out to Kayla for setting-up late check-out for me on a super hot day. Only negative was room AC was hot and cold. Worked great night 1 but not great on night 2.
This place looks really cool from the outside. That’s why I chose it. I’m a burnt out healthcare worker that wanted a staycation from work, in a more quiet neighbor than I live in the city. Shower, take myself out for a drink, come back and watch a movie, make myself tea in the morning. Pretty much failed the entire plan. My first room, the TV wasn’t working. My partner and I could not have asked for a better start to our trip at the Moxy! From the exact moment we arrived, the service was incredible.The front desk agent who checked us in (Jezelle's sister) was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful, setting a wonderful tone for our stay right away.We also want to give a massive shoutout to Jezelle.
