Great downtown location. Helpful and attentive staff. Quirky, vintage decor. Nice energy. Good snack options. Rooms were very small, bathrooms not my favorite (toilets particularly odd and sink was dysfunctional in design) and lacked some traditional amenities. Stayed for 5 nights. Only one functional elevator, had to take the stairs most of the stay. Rooms are dark with no closets. Front desk person at check out was completely incompetent - informed me that “no one taught her” how to split the bill between 2 credit cards so unfortunately that would not be an option for me, even though I specifically told the person during check in that I’d need to split the stay between 2 cards and was told it would not be a problem. Stopped by the marriott moxy for about close to a week and had an amazing experience (justin) and the rest of the marriott team that were available from the 13th all the way to the 16th made my stay an experience worth coming for.very polite,thoughtfull and of service..I recommend this place all day and night in America for and visiting or local ....
