I usually never have an issue when I stay with Moxy. The rooms are generally spacious, the staff is always friendly and attententive, and the touch of additional amenities goes a long way. In particular at this location, Shy, stood out. They were personable, and definitely went above and beyond for all the guests I saw them interact with.

We stayed at Moxy Tempe and had to check out early due to repeated loss of water, a non-flushing toilet, finding a used bandage in our room, and seeing a roach on the property. We were told multiple times the water would be restored within an hour — it wasn’t. The next morning, it was off again. There was also a hallway hazard filled with water. Probably the worst stay we've had. Asked for maid services-got none, asked for towels and they left them on the floor outside the door, elevator was out of order the whole time, and the list goes on.

awful it’s leaking everywhere and all elevators were broken upon arrival. no lotion either
