I specifically booked this hotel for the pool area. Upon check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed due to replacing motor and upgrading. The floor in my room was so dirty! Seemed like it had never been cleaned. Ever. No fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room. It's 2025, right?! They advertise 2 restaurants on site but there is only a bar. The elevator was so loud and didn't sound safe. The staff was extremely accommodating and so friendly! That's the only reason I'm rating it two stars.
I travel weekly for work and have never come across such a poorly managed hotel. - I reminded staff twice throughout the day that we needed a crib, in addition to requesting one at booking. At 10pm, I had no crib. It took a third reminder for them to bring one up. - I got locked out of my room because the battery in the door lock stopped working.
