Shay was great very welcoming and so nice my first time here and it’s def not my last! Keep her here !!!
Check in was cool, the place is a little run down and you see it the longer you stay, but i did like the concept.. i just wish there was a way i could have paid my deposit in cash cause two weeks later its still “pending”. Uh its clearly a interest free short term loan for them but okay lol
This specific hotel location has gone downhill since last year. First of all, the customer service was not the greatest this time. I requested a refrigerator in my room and never got it. Additionally, I was given the wrong room key when I arrived to my assigned room after checking in at the front desk. Secondly, the room was in poor condition.
