Update we haven't stayed here in a while but we should have gave our money too motel 6, we are paying top dollar and half the channels work on the TV, we can't connect out phone cause tv.marritott isnt working, the room is so hot even thou the AC is at 62, we are burning up! With the price we are paying u would expect the AC too be up too Arizona standards but seems like the rooms are dated and the hotel has a "worn feel" too it. The worst stay ever! Stay as far away from this hotel as you can . Rooms were filthy and old. Musky smell throughout the property. It was like a scene out of American Horror Story Hotel. Woke up with cockroach the size of my hand. Woke up with a stye and pink eye the next day. That was it for me I checked out as soon as I could. I don't care if you paid me a million dollars to stay there. Management could care less never heard back from anyone. Terrible experience.

This is a fun, retro hotel close to the action at ASU (SE corner). Some parts of the hotel felt older and in need of repairs. The lobby is great fun with so much to do, you could spend the day there instead of in your room or out. Rural Road can be load with sirens and street racing. Safe location with plenty to walk to. The community room on each floor is cool and something I'd never seen in a hotel, complete with coffee, microwave, water dispenser, iron, etc. I'd definitely stay here again!
