I came to Serena Rooftop, the atmosphere and food was a vibe (I had the Birria Tacos). I would definitely come back and my server Raj was very helpful and had a good upbeat personality. He will definitely take care of you.
The Serena rooftop was very lovely. The ambience was great and our server Raj was amazing. Very attentive and had a great personality. I went around 7, the weather was perfect, breeze was gently blowing, good music. It was a very nice experience overall.
This review is ALL about Stacy, the Director of Front Operations! I stayed at the Moxy South Beach before and after my cruise. Stacy provided PERFECT customer service from the time I stepped through the door to the moment I left to fly home. She was polite, funny, responsive and thoughtful! May every hotel have a representative as AWESOME as Stacy! 🇯🇲🇯🇲
