Amazing hotel location the best close to the beach right in the center of everything on south beach. I had a fantastic stay at Moxy this past weekend for the Miami Music Week and let me tell you what it was supper nice Moxy had everything I needed from the drinks to the food to the party itself. All the staff were super nice as well very friendly and always there for your needs I will be staying at the Moxy south beach again for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again for amazing experience Moxy :))))))))
Awful service and awful hotel 😣 Found dead rat under bed. Stay away!
The hotel is nice and centrally located. The main entrance is in an alley which can be tricky. The street side entrance can be easily missed if you are not paying attention. The service and rooms were good. One issue is the local channels didn't work our whole stay. It wasn't a big deal for us, but maybe for others. The are is very walkable and you are only 2 blocks from Ocean Drive and the beach.
I never ever want to stay in a Moxy hotel again. I am not their demographic. Loud all night. tiniest rooms in the industry - had me looking back to my days as a private in the army thinking I had more personal space in the barracks. Update - staff here is wonderful. Valet works well. Coffee shop downstairs is good, rooftop wonderful. Still, I believe I will die happier if I never stay in a Moxy hotel again.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent – very friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic pool area that was perfect for relaxing. The rooms are a bit small, but very clean and well-maintained, so it didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a great experience – we would definitely come back!
