Great food and great service. This is one of the best spots in Portsmouth.
We went to Moxy for my birthday a couple of weeks ago and the food was SO good I can't stop thinking about wanting to go again! The whoopie pies were AMAZING - and I am very critical. We were supposed to go for my birthday last year, but my third daughter arrived 4 weeks early the morning we had a date night - I waited a year to get there and it was worth the wait!
NONE BETTER!!!!!!!!!! AM I BIASED ???????YOU BET I AM ........EVEN SO IT STILL IS
