Service could have been faster, and dessert took longer than the main course.
First off, our server Kevin was fantastic attentive, funny, and really made an effort to ensure we were taken care of throughout the meal. He definitely deserves recognition for his great service. Unfortunately, our experience with the supervisor/manager named Jaks was disappointing. We had an issue with our food being served cold and when we tried to bring it to her attention, she walked past us twice without acknowledging us.
