Shantel Anderson was amazing! The whole salon was nice, friendly, and clean. Last week, I decided that I wanted to cut my long hair to shoulder length. I had gone to another hair salon in Norman and experienced the worst customer service. From my understanding, the hairstylist had double booked herself however she was extremely rude, unfriendly, and made me feel as though it was my fault for her double booking herself.
