I was one of the many people with water damage in my basement. Even though they were booked out and couldn't assist me till later, they stayed on the phone and gave me a detail description of what I should do in the mean time. I really appreciated the help and time they gave over the phone.

Ryan chose a time to come to my house & I moved my schedule around to accommodate when he could be here. He was a no-show...& didn't call to cancel. I called him 1½ hours later..he was like, "oh yeah I got busy. Sorry." I gave him another chance to come the next day. You guessed it folks...he pulled another no show.
