Beware of fraudulent charges from this salon. I have not been here in over a year and they started to charge me for a subscription that I did not agree to. I called the salon 5 times. The ladies on the phone agreed that the charged eye odd and they didn’t know why I was charged. I was told that a manager would get back to me and that none at the salon other than that one person had the authority to refund my money. I was also told that I just needed to “use the credits”. I purchased a membership here with the intention of getting blow outs. It was explained to me as a monthly charge that could be used towards services at any time. Since I didn’t get to use the services as planned I decided to cancel, however, I was never told at the time of cancellation that my money would expire. I just went for a blowout and was told the $200 credit on my account could not be used. My only option was to pay $80 to reactivate a membership I wasn’t using just to use the credit on my account. Trish is an amazing hair coloring specialist. With sevrral years of experience, she knows exactly what you need and what color matches your tone. Rachel at the front desk is the most kindest , welcoming soul. Having basic people skills like smiling, making eye contact when greeting you as you walk in is so important. She makes you feel comfortable
