Did not arrive until almost 5:30 p.m.. The actual amount of time doing any actual work was hardly more that ten minutes. Just walked around for a few minutes with a duster sweeping for spiderwebs. Then just just a few minutes with a hand held spreader. Charged full price for for just that. UNBELIEVABLE !!! The previous time, it was raining and the service could ne be completed. Still charged full price. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!
After a couple of treatments for my cockroach problem with zero affect, I cancelled the service. I was then hit with a large cancellation fee. When I complained, I was told TS, I should have read the contract more closely.
Moxie Pest Control has great technicians. I have never encountered a technician that was not courteous, attentive to the work. Christian is wonderful. He brings experience, knowledge and clear explanation of what makes these "pests" yick. I appreciate his willingness to spend the time with all my questions. Moxie is fortunate to have him.
Christian came by today, and did a thorough job treating our house. He even mentioned some damage to the house done by squirrels--we had not noticed it yet! No bugs--love Moxie!
We've been using Moxie for several years and are very pleased. Their technicians do a fine job of pest control and even spray around our storage shed. Thanks for a job well done today, Austin.
Hunter came out to do our service today. He was very friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He also took down a wasp nest for us. When he got done he told me everything he did. Moxie does a good job. We have been with them for 4 years. The bugs stay out of my house thanks to them. I would recommend to anyone.
