This company harasses you! Our neighborhood has called the cops on them multiple times. We live in a township where if you have a no soliciting sign, then you have to obey that. The sales men do not care, they do it anyways. The supervisor has been called out with the police but the supervisors do not pass the one to their new sales guys. I don't know how to leave a review for the specific location. But my problem was with ******* **. I should know better no reputable companies go door to door. I fell for it and was sold a quarterly package. What I didn't understand in these very confusing graphs and it wasn't clear at all is that it isn't a true quarterly service. They rook you for an extra beginning service then a second service less than a month later. That second service is really the first service. ****, Frankly we are confused by some of what was said here and want to make a few things clear:Your home was only serviced once and you were only charged once, there was no second service performed or paid for.You called our office and explained that you didn't understand the service agreement, so we discounted most of that first service. Moxie Pest control representative going door to door for the past couple weeks at numerous surrounding neighborhoods, at all hours, including odd hours late night. Soliciting to provide pest control services. Clear "No Soliciting" signs are posted, he has been to multiple HOA's in the area that also have clear no soliciting rules and signs. the sales rep is cordial, but does not take no for answer easily, a little too pushy. 0 Star review. This business has terrible sales folks that do not follow the rules of solicitation. They are consistently breaking the municipal code in *******. Chapter **** of the Shawnee Municipal Code. They came to my house twice in one day to try and sell their product. They should be fined by the city.

Their sales people ignore no solicitation signs. The guy then proceeded to argue with me and tell me that he wasnt soliciting, then showed me the packages they offer. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

They train their door-to-door sales people to lie to make the sale. Our sales person, ***** claimed he was the owner of the branch.We canceled services, and after 30 minutes of being put on hold, and numerous attempts to not cancel/retain services, we were told we were actually owed a refund because we canceled right when the charges were put through. A month later, we are being told we owe $200. We called and asked to have the charges removed, and we were told we'd be sent to collections.

The customer called us to cancel on 3/5/21 and was canceled as requested. On this call it was explained to her that if she canceled the agreement early, we would ask her to reimburse us for her initial service that she had received at a highly discounted rate in exchange for agreeing to a years worth of service - per our agreement. She told us that if we charged her for the service, she would just give us a bad credit card. She did not mention having a bad experience with our Route Expert at this time. Joshua's Pest control doesn't even deserve one star. Terrible company with even more terrible follow through. we have had a continuous issue with spiders in our home and they came to do a full service. (I took pictures prior to this service). They come and do a "full service" of my home so i go around and check the problem area i took pictures of and nothing has been cleaned or sprayed... After several calls with managers i agreed to have them back to my home to speak to me in person and i can show them the problems places. ... read more

We regret that we were not able to get your spider infestation controlled to your satisfaction. It is highly unusual to not see progress in spider activity after 13 services (7 paid for service, 6 free services.) After reviewing your account, I believe 2 things contributed to the ongoing problem. 1) Regular maintenance services were frequently canceled by the customer and pushed into a later month. Unhappy with service and the company kept promising to take care of it, but never did. We have voles eating my plants and creating holes and trails everywhere. After 3 years I finally decided to cancel. Yes, should have done it much sooner. Warning! Only cancel your service at the end of your contract, because once you cancel they will not honor that paid contract period. I paid for three months of service and received almost one and half months of service.

We're sorry to hear this. We reviewed you account and saw the last time we received feedback on voles being an issue was in 2020. Once a customer cancels their service, we do return to pick up our bait boxes. The majority of the products we applied on the last quarterly service have a 90 day residual effect.

Word of mouth means nothing to this company. What they tell you in person does not match the contract. Dont sign anything off their tablets. Sit down and read the printed contract so you fully understand what it says. They lock you in and continue billing you even after you cancel their service. BBB should do the correct homework and not just let them pay for an A+ rating. The customer review rating tells you everything you need to know.
