Where do I start?
With their first visit to give me a quote when they broke the gate to my back fence? (It collapsed when they forced it open the wrong way.) Four calls and many conversations later there has been no resolution.
I could start with the two bushes that they killed after only 2 applications.
Or the time I was scheduled for service from 10am-2pm and I stayed home so I could discuss the bait traps with the field expert and then they showed up at almost 7pm and started spraying around me (pregnant) without asking first as I loaded my car in the driveway for vacation.
I have had over 6 months of "service" and seen them twice- only when I demanded to be home! The bait trap has been empty every time they have come for service - which to me means they need to come to replace the bait more often then seasonally to deal with the issues and they took a call on Monday about a live mouse being trapped inside and wouldn't not schedule a new trap to be set or anyone to come out until Friday. I have to call to follow up after each time they say they have come to service my home. This past week I was promised a call back from an account manager and are two days past the timeline promised. I call, I talk, but I am still living with the same, if not worse problem than the two years before service and am cleaning up after mice with no hope in sight. They have made no attempts to make amends for the broken gate or bushes or missed appointments. I am fed up and feel like I signed a contract with a rodent guarantee and at this point their responses and service have not met their end of the contract. I've asked both their text message service as well as my account manager to speak with someone in a supervisor position and at this point am ready to action against them. PLEASE DO NOT waste your time, efforts, or money. I would hate for anyone to think they were going to make an already stressful situation any better. I will continue to review them and make my story heard. If they ever make reparations for my experiences I would love to share those in my reviews- but until then, please beware!
