My technician, Paul Scarcella, was very professional. He was very thorough and explained in detail all products being used. He answered all my questions confirming he is well trained in this profession. I have had other pest companies before and many of their technicians did not have the expertise and knowledge of the products they used. Very scary!! I felt very confident with Paul and he knowledge of pest control and safety. Very glad I found Moxie Pest Control.
The technician Andrew Hagler was excellent. He was very professional and I had a great customer experience as he explained what he was doing. I must say they do a very good job at following up with the customers to make sure they are happy with the results, which I am. We are very happy with our Moxie service. The technician, Tyler Torres, was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a thorough explanation of each point of service and provided additional suggestions for how to secure potential points of access for pests to our house.
We had our quarterly service today. Stephen Smith has been our technician for a year now. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After I show him the trouble areas, he makes sure that he takes care of them besides the quarterly service. Stephen also explains everything to me and does an amazing job.
